Product Guarantee: 3 Days, Exchange on Damaged Products Only
Wild Creations guarantees its products against damages and defects. Because of the nature of the ecosystem included with the EcoAquarium, proper customer care is required. Wild Creations cannot accept responsibility for improper handing of the aquariums after it has been purchased. Damaged products must be returned to the point of sale with a valid receipt for an exchange within three days of purchase. If requested, Wild Creations will ship replacement products for only the cost of shipping.
Live Animal Guarantee: 7 Days, Exchange Only
There are risks inherent with the purchase of live animals and fish, and Wild Creations is unable to control the care provided by customers after purchase. We do, however, offer a seven day exchange policy on live animals and fish. Return the expired animal or fish to the point of sale with a valid receipt, and a replacement will be provided at no charge. If requested and weather permits, Wild Creations will ship replacement animals for only the cost of shipping.
Shipping Guarantee: 3 Hours
Wild Creations guarantees live arrival in our unopened shipping containers only. Once our container is opened, we cannot control the transfer or care of the animal or fish, and therefore cannot accept responsibility. Customers are expected to report any losses within 3 hours of delivery acceptance, at which time a replacement will be shipped at no charge. Any items damaged upon receipt must be reported within this time as well. Any loss because of shipment delays or damaged boxes must be filed with the delivery service. Beyond this, ordinary product and live animal guarantees apply.
All policies are for purchases made through a Wild Creations retail location, website, trade show, or mail order. For Wild Creations products purchased through Retail Partners, policies at the point of sale apply.
